1. General
By placing an order with Aalif Calligraphy, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before completing your purchase.
2. Products
All calligraphy items are handcrafted with care. Colors, design, and size may have slight variations from the images shown on the website.
3. Orders
All orders are subject to availability.
Aalif Calligraphy reserves the right to cancel or refuse an order at any time for reasons such as stock unavailability or errors on the website.
4. Pricing & Payment
Prices are in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) and include applicable taxes.
Payment must be made in full at the time of order.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping Zones & Charges:
Dhaka: ৳80
Rest of Bangladesh: ৳140
Delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed. Delays due to courier services or unforeseen circumstances are not the responsibility of Aalif Calligraphy.
Customers must provide accurate billing and shipping addresses for proper delivery.
6. Returns & Refunds
Customized or handcrafted calligraphy items cannot be returned or exchanged, unless there is a manufacturing defect.
In case of damaged or defective items, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the product with clear photos.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed after verification and may take up to 7 business days.
7. Cancellation
Orders can be canceled only before shipping. Once the item is dispatched, cancellations are not accepted.
8. Customer Responsibility
Ensure that all details (name, phone number, address) are correct at checkout.
Aalif Calligraphy is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect information.
9. Intellectual Property
All content, designs, and calligraphy on this website are protected under copyright and may not be reproduced or used without permission.
